The mighty walls of this time-honoured edifice house our thirteen castle chambers. Here, you can experience the delights of the courtly Middle Ages with all the mod cons – including a hot shower and modern heating system. With each themed room sporting the name of a prominent mediaeval contemporary – from Hildegard of Bingen to Leonardo da Vinci – you can live your dream as a travelling merchant, pilgrim or even a noble knight from the ‘dark ages’.
Each room has its own individual historical flair – yet this doesn’t mean that you have to do without the comforts of a hot shower and central heating! A bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of mineral water are also provided by way of welcome.
